An IT audit is a comprehensive assessment of a company's IT systems and processes that reveals problems and provides an independent evaluation of the existing infrastructure. The goal of an audit is not to penalize or replace current staff, but to help the company improve its security, the efficiency of its solutions and processes, and strengthen its expertise. Consultations on the correctness or optimization of a given configuration are possible after reviewing the actual setup. We study the task at hand and then propose the best solution options. Consulting may cover the configuration of Linux environments, virtualization, or software solutions.
